1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

   A: We are a factory in Chaozhou,China.

 

2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

    A: Our factory is Feng'er Industrial Zone, Guxiang Town,Chaoan County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. China.About 1 hours from Chaoshan Airport.We are warmly welcome to visit us!

 

3.Q: What's your MOQ for each mould?

   A: We don't have MOQ requirement for black or white color.That mean if you required one piece for each our mould in white or black color,yes,we can make that.

 

4.Q: Can i buy 1 piece/piece to our house or showroom?

   A: Yes,we welcome your order with any quantity.But if you buy one piece,we have to ship them by DHL, Fedex or UPS.We most worried that the expensive air charge will kill us.

 

5.Q: Do you have any other options to solve the shipping problem if it's without good order quantity?

   A: We advise you may buy it with our other goods.Shipping company required 3cbm quantities,if your order quantity can reach. We can pack them in one or two pallet.This will save some charge from shipping part.

 

 

6.Q:Can you do our design?

   A:Yes,welcome.We are a professinal manufacturer for producing.

 

7.Q: Why you couldn't do your toilet in around $20~$30.

   A: I'm sorry that because our goods is based on Germany Quality (AAA quality).All of them can use in 5 stars hotel or more top class place.So it's very hard for us to do the cheap price with normal quality.

 

8.Q: How's your producing process?

9.Q: What's your payment terms?

   A: 1.T/T 30% deposit for producing,balance paid after received the packing list and packing photo. 2.T/T 30% deposit for producing,balance paid after seeing the copy of B/L.The shipping charge need to prepay from us.

 

10.Q: How many days do you need to produce for a order?

     A: Our normal producing days of a order is 30days.

 

11.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

     A: "Quality is priority. Our worker will do quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We welcome your 100% inpection from three part before shipment

 

13.Q: I'm a little misunderstanding the mean of sanitary ware.Can you explain it us?
